Young Duo Bondax Brings Old-School House Music on Tour

Who is Bondax? Over the past few years, the duo from the UK have been growing into a household name in both the underground and mainstream house scenes, and they’re embarking on a tour to cement their standing. Bondax comprises English musicians Adam Kaye and George Townsend in a funky, laid-back exploration of house music from its beginnings to today, setting themselves apart as they appeal to fans of all eras of house.
Although Adam and George are only entering their early twenties, the duo has an outward appreciation for the history of their genre. Their 2014 track “All I See,” for example, floats a gentle funk feel over a rhythmic organ line and the good old classic house hi-hat. It’s more reminiscent of Cece Peniston’s “Finally” than anything; these boys leave a dedicated tribute to the house standards while building on the modern grooves packing today’s dance clubs.
