This year, F.A.R.M. Music and Arts festival (Farm Fest) takes to Buena Vista Campground, New Jersey for a weekend of exploration and music. F.A.R.M, which stands for Future of Artistic and Revolutionary Minds, brings festival-goers together for three days from July 23rd to 26th, gathering in the name of creative free thinking.

Throughout the weekend, Farm Fest features music, arts, yoga, and workshops. Art installations surround the grounds, immersing the festival with original artwork in every corner. On top of this, Farm Fest selects artists annually to come and create works live, showcasing art coming to life. Performance artists, or “flow performers” use movement to express and teach, performing throughout musical performances as well as educating patrons on fire and flow safety and providing activities. And workshops are meant to inspire patrons, instilling education on art, medicine, meditation, yoga, aquaculture, science, and more, making Farm Fest all-encompassing in its education.

This year’s lineup focuses on exploratory sound, with standout experimental artists like Govinda, Ill.Gates, Of the Trees, Brightside, Space Jesus, Wobblesauce and Papadosio. While the main focus seems to be bass music, there’s a little something for everyone, infusing the jamband aesthetic, deep house, and more into the lineup. Artists like Keller Williams, Consider the Source, and Normal Instruments offer an instrumental vibe, a direct but sweet juxtaposition to the otherwise bass-heavy group.
