Decadence Colorado Brings Massive Lineup For New Year’s Eve 2016

For the last two years, Decadence Festival has brought some of the biggest names in dance music to Colorado to help ring in the New Year’s Eve. This year, the two day festival is set to return to the Colorado Convention Center on December 30th and 31st. In addition to its impressive lineup, the big-budget festival is also set to feature two main stages, massive production, and art installations.

Bass music fans will feel right at home at Decadence, with BassnectarJack UFigure, and Excision all performing. Hybrid acts like OdeszaBig GiganticThe Floozies, and Gramatik will be there as well. HardwellDeadmau5UZ, and Hot Since 82, make up the other notable headliners at the mega-event.

Tickets for Decadence start at $195 for a two day pass. GA tickets start at $145 for a two day pass; single day passes are $99 for night one, and $119 for night two. VIP tickets start at $300 for a two night pass, or $150 for night one, and $180 for night two. VIP benefits include private viewing areas with their own bar, express entrance, and a lounge area. There’s also a payment plan available if you’re on a budget. Steve's obsession with music began when he was 16; he saw his then-favorite band, Metallica, play the TD Garden in Boston. His musical tastes have broadened since then, but he is still chasing that feeling of excitement & unity he felt at his first show. His introduction to the dance music came when friends brought him to a Bassnectar show, and he hasn't looked back since. When Steve heard MASS EDMC were looking for writers, he jumped at the chance to get more involved. Writing for MASS EDMC has given Steve a rare opportunity to combine two of his passions: writing & live music.
